Everything was wonderful, so were awesome views of the bay. Having a safe box, a mini-fridge-bar, and a microwave in my huge room was really great. I greatly enjoyed both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. Location: the hotel was very close to the airport, and caves swimming and kayaking. It also was in the bay of you have the time❤

Our impeccably clean and huge room was complete with the private balcony and a bathtub, as example. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher.

Our stay at Hermes Cruises was worth every penny. The room was amazing, with a fine view and a luxurious feel. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff treated us like royalty, especially Tommy and Lam were really good to ensure we had a great experience.
Food for breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but it was still good.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with an airy and clean atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff were friendly and provided great service, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. We loved the delicious food and enjoyed the tea breaks and afternoon teas. The well-organized activities kept us entertained and we particularly enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi under the stars.
The lack of Wi-Fi in the room was a bit inconvenient, but it wasn't a big deal as we spent most of our time enjoying the breathtaking scenic views. The cost of some items like soft drinks, alcohol, and wine was a bit pricey, but we understand why they weren't included in the price.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, with luxurious amenities and outstanding service. the spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a full body massage and foot massage. the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were both pristine and beautifully maintained. the garden area was perfect for leisurely strolls, and the sun terrace provided an idyllic spot for sunbathing with comfortable sun loungers.
Although everything was perfect, the only minor issue was the picnic area which was not accommodating for larger groups. Nonetheless, the hotel staff was still able to provide an alternative location for us.

Nothing, all aspects were excellent.
